Homeless Population Requires Hepatitis A Vaccination
A multistate outbreak of hepatitis A virus (HAV) infection in the homeless and/or drug-using population has prompted the United States Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices to add “homelessness” as an indication for HAV vaccination.
