Making the Glycemic Index More Palatable
In patients with stable type 2 diabetes, a low-glycemic index diet for six months gave a modestly better reduction in HbA1c concentration compared to a high-cereal fiber diet. A high withdrawal rate raises questions about the practicality of adhering to the diet. -
