Wireless Medical Telemetry Service Frequency Bands
- Medical telemetry equipment will share, with radio astronomy, the 608-614 MHz (TV channel 37) band.
- Medical telemetry devices will have primary status on the 1395-1400 MHz and the 1429-1432 MHz bands, pending the gradual phase out of certain government radar sites.
In the band 1390-1400 MHz, government operations at 17 sites identified below, with latitude/longitude (km), will be continued on a fully protected basis until Jan. 1, 2009. The sites have an 80 km radius. They are:

- Fort Greely, AK, 63 deg.47’N/145 deg.52’W;
- Dugway PG, UT, 40 deg.11’N/112 deg.53’W;

- Utah Test Range, UT, 40 deg.57’N/113 deg.05’W;
- Cherry Point, NC, 34 deg.57’N/076 deg.56’W;
- WSM Range, NM, 32 deg.10’N/106 deg.21’W;
- Patuxent River, MD, 38 deg.17’N/076 deg.25’W;
- Holloman Air Force Base, NM, 33 deg.29’N/106 deg.50’W;
- Aberdeen PG, MD, 39 deg.29’N/076 deg.08’W;
