Search STD abstracts from CDC on the Web
Research all the latest abstracts presented at the 1996 National STD Prevention Conference through the World Wide Web site of the National Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.
The Web site, which has been recently redesigned, offers a "jump" to a search page where you can search by any of the following criteria: any word; title of presentation; author(s); session type: poster, oral presentation, symposium, or workshop.
The site also allows you to display a list of matching abstracts or display complete information about all matching abstracts.
For example, a search on the word "chlamydia" yielded 68 abstracts, reflecting the depth of information presented at the conference.
Go to the center’s new page at: http://www. cdc.gov/nchstp/od/new.htm and click on the "Search abstracts" button. This action will take you to the following page: http://www. cdcnac.org/stdabs/.
