Boston Scientific (Natick, Massachusetts) reported June 20 that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit had “substantially affirmed” a U.S. District Court decision in favor of the company in its dispute with Cook (Bloomington, Indiana) over Cook’s agreements with Guidant (Indianapolis, Indiana) relating to paclitaxel-coated stents.
